Need a virtual assistant with a pleasant and professional phone voice to handle customer service. This person will contact customers and respond to customer requests on the phone. We will provide training.The Virtual Assistant should also be able to do the following tasks:-Email correspondence-MS office 2007 tasks: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint-Powerpoint Presentations-Appointment Setting-Calendar updates-Web Research-Market Research-Customer Service-Blog updates
