I have started a new recruitment agency and I need someone to take charge in the entire recruitment process. I need you to recruit over 400 educational QUALITY tutors between now and August 2010. You will be assisting in job posting, conducting recruitment checks, carrying our references, looking at new recruitment streams, helping to get recruitment mailings out, setting up and promoting a referral scheme and coming up with improved ways to attract tutors.In addition, we are moving our recruitment process to a online system called Catsone. http://www.catsone.com.
